At Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, 7-Eleven stores will use robots called “newme.” These robots are remotely controlled by humans and are present in the store to assist customers. This technology reduces the need for the physical presence of human resources. It will also make the shopping experience faster and easier for customers. This project is supported by ANA Group.
